The angles are a bit more relaxed in the head tube and seat tube, with a bit more set back, shorter top tube and longer head tube. This conservative approach allows for a slightly more upright position and less toe overlap, allowing the rider to relax, sit back, pedal all day, then snap out those last, precious watts, when it really counts.
