Strengths:    it is a very strong frame. and it was cheap to buy. its stiff enough to my comfort, u I've taken a couple if spills and nothing has cracked bent or warpped. ive had a couple high end frames(fuji track pro, bianchi super pista) and to street ride in Los Angeles CA and surrounding areas, my del pasado is what i ride. i don't have to worry about anything on the frame. i pared the del pasado frame with origin8 pro pulsion hubs lased with some alexrims r450 rims with stainless steel spokes and nipples. every component is origin8 except for the stem thats is a 100mm EA50 super comfortable to ride for long time!

Weaknesses:    the only weakness I've come across is that "stainless steel bolts that come to bolt down a water bottle or a pump rust way to easily, I've swapped mine out for stainless steel.

Bottom Line:
over all, it is very well built long lasting chromoly frame. I would suggest it for an everyday rider. in the city it does great in a long smooth road it does great!!
