Strengths:    cool paint. rare bike. as light and stiff as needed. SUPER CHEAP

Weaknesses:    the welds aren't smooth like cannondale and a bit heavy.

Bottom Line:   
I owned this frameset years ago in baby blue and now have just ordered it again, built up with sram red for 1300.
why anyone would not buy this frameset at the 180 dollar price it's going for I can't understand...other than to say comercialism.
get it from the u.s. distributer or england has a nicer color and better bike deals. build it at home and save. 100 bucks shipping from england
