Uh, they don't make them anymore

Bought frame and fork in 2004. Built it up with DuraAce, White Ind. hubs w/Velocity rims, Deda bars. I rode it until 2008 when I built up a Guerciotti Cartesio frame and switched to that. The Abici really is a sweet little frame. AS my user name implies, I'm a exracer and I expect a frame to be stiff and responsive. That it is. Power transfere is excellent whether sprinting in a 53x13 or grinding away uphill in a 39x21. There is no discernable flex at the bottom bracket. The steering and handling are sharp and quick. Descending downhill is simply a joy. With the carbon rearend and fork, you can be on the bike for those 4-5 hour rides without being beat at the end. It is not as smooth as the Guerciotti but it rides alot better than my Paramount OS. About 3 months ago I had to sell the Guerciotti. Now I am back on the Abici and have no complaints.
