Dirt or street, a combo bike designed to ride on or off road. The frame is built of formed 6061 aluminum alloy tubes, joined to a Suntour suspension fork with 63mm of travel. Mountain bike features such as a wide range gearing, and powerful disc brakes rolling on wide 700c tires.
I built up a set of Kinlin XR19W rims with BHS hubs and Sapim spokes. They tensioned up pretty evenly.
My average DS tension is ~145 kgf (min 131, max 150). Spokes are Sapim Race laced 2x.
My average NDS tension is ~58kg (min 52, max 60). Spokes are Sapim Laser laced 2x.

I'm using a BHS SL211 rear hub for the first time. A local wheelsmith taught me a very simple but effective technique for lacing "simple" cross patterns (3x, 2x, etc). Well, for some reason my spoke length calculations were a bit short. I built and tensioned up my 50mm carbon rim with 2.0/1.8/2.0 spokes and 12mm nipples.
