I have the all black version. This bike is mostly about cruising in style, although I've taken some long rides with it. It's a very clean looking bike as the fasteners and other parts are better looking than what are used on average Cruisers. The Fattie-O tires roll well considering their size. Electra bikes are well made, and I've had no issues with the Flying Sue or my wife's Townie.
The Flying Sue is a 3 speed integral in the axle. The frame is too narrow to accept an 8 speed unit, so I wouldn't recommend this bike for hilly areas unless you like to stand on the pedals for uphill climbs.

smooth free wheeling ride, very little effort, nice comfortable upright riding position.
had problems with saddle springs but dealer was very attentative
Great bike as soon as you jump on it you are shocked at how easy it is to ride. Also had an Electra Townie for a few days it was not in the same league, but was a less expensive model,if like me you are getting back into biking spoil yourself,if you can find one buy the Sue.
