Price Paid:  $325.00 at toronto

Model Year:
2005

Favorite Ride:
khs aero manhattan (women's)

Summary:
I love, love love this bike. It's got stunning retro style, the kind that gets people calling out after it! Honestly, from seriously serious cycclists, to old men sitting on a bench to people driving by in their cars - this bike gets noticed! The indian motorcycle fenders are way cool as is the colour combination of shimmery dark green paint with tan seat and handle grips. For city riding, it's amazingly sturdy (lots of streetcar tracks in toronto) and the fat wheels can handle them and the potholes. The seat is not as comfortable as it could be, so i had a uspension put on. But that has a lot to do with the roads in this city. I've actually had a couple of accidents (yes, yes, i'm a spaz, but the drivers here are insane). If this bike had bene less turdy it would have collapsed into itself, it's amazing that it has only sustained a few dents - i, on the other hand, am a black and blue mess. It's beautiful bike that rides high and wide and proud. And it goes fast when it needs to and the gear shifts are perfect. This bike marries the romance of cycling with modernity. nice ride.

Strengths:
beauty, weight (heavy, so good for city riding), gears, wide seat, great straight back position. incredible price! looks and works more expensive than other similar retro styles.

Weaknesses:
heavy (not easy to being indoors if you need to), seat could be more comfortable
