Strengths: Looks, smooth ride, priceWeaknesses: none reallyBottom Line: I actually got it for less than $200, but I would have paid $200 knowing what I know now.
This bike rocks! I got it not thinking I would like it so much. I really only bought it for the fork and the wheels. It's not light, but it's easy to pedal and I can raise the seatpost quite a bit and not look funny (since the handlebars are so high). The paint/graphics are awesome. I too put a silver headlight between the fork trees and converted it to LED. badass@! If you ever see one for sale, get it! And that chainring!!
My rear wheel got bent pretty bad in a small crash so maybe check the spoke tension once in a while. I was able to true the wheel back and made sure everything was tight.

Strengths: Showy. SS spokes. Great fork.Weaknesses: Heavy. Changed the ape hangers for some longhorn bars as a matter of personal preferance.Bottom Line: Out of the showroom, this bike is a standout cruiser. The triple clamp may just be for show but it looks like a bruiser. Heavy as can be but it's all for style.

Bike Setup: Fitted an old school chrome headlight in the triple clamp space. It looks like it belonged there. New wide springer seat and schome MC grips.

Strengths: Sweet looking and cheapWeaknesses: This hog needs gears!
42 lbs, OINK!
Stock BB is cheap, but a $6 replacement fixed er up.Bottom Line: I am guilty of buying this on impulse, but I don't regret it. I work at a KHS dealer and we have had this poor 2004 Nitrous for close to 2 years without any takers. I can't believe how such a cool looking bike could be passed over, especially for $100 off the $329 retail price.
Anyway, I really started to take a shine to the bike. I love the lavender paint with black and green. I also found that the seat could be raised enough for my 6'1" frame to get some nice leg extension and still have those big ol' ape hangers way up high.
Read below for the chances I made...
In conclusion, this is a really fun bike. I love the comments I get while riding around.

Bike Setup: With 42 lbs of bike and 250 lbs of heft to move, the single speed hub and stock gearing just wasn't cuttin' it. I bought a Shimano Nexus 3 coaster hub and installed a 1 tooth larger cog (went from 19 to 20). I also found some super cheap black bmx cranks with 175mm arms to replace the stock 165mm cranks to give me more mechanical advantage. The hills can kiss my butt now.
I also installed a nicer alloy 1-piece seatpost, fake leather grips, Brooks B17 saddle, and an Odyssey BMX bottom bracket. The stock BB was sorta crappy, so I could choose between tight bearings or clunking. A better quality replacement solved that problem.
