Strengths: SRAM rocks- love the shifting. Love the FSA cranks. Comfortable SE seat. Im glad the previous owner went tubular before i got itWeaknesses: can't tell you yetBottom Line: I wanted to get into cross, but at the time was paying off my new road bike. I got super lucky to get this bike, which was used as a spare ride. The entire bike was stock with the exception of the wheels, which had been changed out to Sun Tubulars with Challenge Grifos. Light, quick, responsive. It accelerates quickly, and is a breeze to shoulder. During the cold winter months it is my road bike...
Favorite Ride: anywhere i dont want to hurt my road bike
Price Paid:
$750.00
Purchased At: EBAY
Similar Products Used: first cross bike- others include Specialized Roubaix Comp 2010, Litespeed Obed, and Lemond

Strengths: SRAM force shifters and rear derailers. Fsa slk carbon cranks. I really like the stock selle italia seat.Weaknesses: It has a mavic aksium wheelset that is loaded to the guills but I don't know how I feel about them yet. The wheelset will be the first thing to change. Probably a custom Phil wood or chris king. I have never been stoked on radial lacing like the stock mavicBottom Line: Had the bike for a few weeks now and it is very comfortable and very quick. Everything is stock except for the stem. Would have kept the stock fsa stem because it's real nice but upgraded to a thomson because of the fiting and it was readily available. you can't really top thomson anyway. I've ridden a bunch of road bikes, and, although this is my first cross bike it is now my bike of choice for a road only ride. I am thinking about the wtb drop bars but the spec this has is making me second guess. It is the only complete I have ever bought without changing a lot of stuff right off the bat.
Favorite Ride: Any long ride with a few fire roads thrown in

$2300.00
