Swapped out bars, stem, cranks, bottom bracket, deurallieur and put on STI's. Standard frame geometry, and can use non-propriatory parts. Strengths: Standard geometry aa most road bikes. 20" wheels roll well depsite size. Uses non-propriatory parts which make fitting the way you like a breeze. Folds easy for storage. Rides well and stiff frame. Minimal flex in turns, and hold up when rolling over curbs. Can swap from geared to single with little time and little effort. Deurallieur hanger comes off and bike has horizontal dropouts for use with single speed. Weaknesses: Hard to fit in suitcase. Rear whell comes off a bit cumbersum. You have to release the quickrelease way off and pull the chain back from the wheel, then twist the wheel out. Once you get the hang of it not so bad, but if you pack small often, can be a pain.
