Strengths: - versatile
- fits in a suit case (30 minutes + tools)
- lots of loading options for bikepacking and brevets.
- lots of drive train options
Weaknesses: - pretty harsh ride: small wheels + aluminum frameBottom Line: I've used the Xootr Swift on many brevets and loaded enduro rides. It holds up quite well and is faster than it looks. Also used these bikes on XC offroad, no problems.

Strengths: Standard geometry aa most road bikes. 20" wheels roll well depsite size. Uses non-propriatory parts which make fitting the way you like a breeze. Folds easy for storage. Rides well and stiff frame. Minimal flex in turns, and hold up when rolling over curbs. Can swap from geared to single with little time and little effort. Deurallieur hanger comes off and bike has horizontal dropouts for use with single speed.Weaknesses: Hard to fit in suitcase. Rear whell comes off a bit cumbersum. You have to release the quickrelease way off and pull the chain back from the wheel, then twist the wheel out. Once you get the hang of it not so bad, but if you pack small often, can be a pain.Bottom Line: So far a great folder. Came pre assembled with off the shelf parts. Swapped out bars, stem, cranks, bottom bracket, deurallieur and put on STI's. Standard frame geometry, and can use non-propriatory parts.
