Strengths:    front and rear suspension works well for a smooth ride. comes with kickstand and rack and built in tail light. adjustable handlebars for better fit. more upright riding position is easier on the back. no spoke wheels require no maintenance. excellent shifting.

Weaknesses:    heavier than the average mt bike of same quality, but no big deal for its usage.

Bottom Line:
great compromise bike. geared between street and road bikes so it works well on lightweight dirt trails and the street. great looks and comes with 33lb capacity rack and a built in tail light and kickstand. bike is just fun to ride and much more comfortable than my last mtn bike. am riding much more since i bought it. rating it as a 5 because of the bikes characteristics/quality and price i paid. everyone that rides it raves about it.

Price Paid:    $450.00

Purchased At:   from an individual

Similar Products Used:   giant revive (lots of fun, but need at least another set of upper gears), GT hardtail mtn bike, Specialized stumpjumper (great overall dirt bike).

Bike Setup:   basically stock. upgraded to avid mechanical disc brakes (great stopping power). added a very weird but amazingly comfortable chiropractic seat (no more crotch or butt numbness.
