I got a giant rapid3 cheap from a buddy. I have added a new aluminum seatpost and selle smp seat. Drop bars, Sora shifters, Clipless Wellgo pedals, Ibera PakRak. And Nashbar panniers. Converting Giant Rapid 3 to carbon forks

The Rapid has Tapered chromoly forks now and I want to upgrade them. It uses 1 1/4 to 1 1/8.
