I absolutely love this bike. I’m a female Disabled Veteran. I’m in chronic pain. I’ve built up to going 1 mile round trip. Yea!! The bike is so comfortable that I love it. I’ve received numerous compliments.

Weakness:

None! I love this bike. Such a comfortable ride.

I’ve been riding this bike for well over a decade, religiously for work and leisure and fun. I’ve been hit by many cars, I fix it every time, this bike is priceless to me. Every bike shop I bring it to tells me it’s trash and that they’ll gladly throw it out and replace it with a trek or specialized. Fuckin crooks. By far the greatest bike I’ve ever ridden, hands down. Irreplaceable.

Weakness:

None major I can think of

Bike is fast. Smooth shifts. Comfortable seat. Comfortable handlebar position, nice retro styling. Easy to pedal. Great commuter bicycle. My last bike was a Walmart piece of junk bike and this bike is leaps and bounds way better. Mine was bought Oct. 2018 at local bike shop and was given to me from a cousin as a birthday present and was used (2004 model) but in pristine condition. Responsive and effective brakes. I was needing a reliable and dependable daily urban commuter and so far I am not disappointed whatsoever. Highly pleased with this bike. Make sure you wash and lube the chain, gearset, derailleur, as these bikes are older. Also, accessories work well on this bike.. racks etc. These bikes are a great value for your money. Just be sure to have your bike shop tune them as part of the sale bc these bikes are 15+ yrs old now.

Weakness:

Front fork could be a little more robust. Tires puncture easily by thorns.

Strength:

Have had it over 15 years - light use - Gears and brakes are very responsive, handles all reasonable terrain well - just as light as the touring bike I had before it, with the benefit of handling rougher patches as s hybrid. Holding up beautifully.

Weakness:

Absolutely none - Will hold onto this one for as long as possible - In great shape after 15 years.

Weakness:

None yet however I fear front sprocket has inferior metal as I looked many of them over with bent or broken teeth possible signs of abuse

Awesome value for the price no adjustment yet only 500 miles but suggest having dealer do the maintenance for premium results will buy another

Strength:

Excellent value for a recreational hybrid. Some rust can develop on the steel handle bar but the bike does what it was supposed to do as well as rigs costing twice as much.

Weakness:

At this price point, I don't have any weaknesses. Some light rust has developed on the handle bars.

This bike was used lightly for a few years, stored in the basement and recently hauled out to go into service when my daily Cannondale went down needing repairs. I've since put about 200 miles on it in the past 10 days. Considering this bike sat unused for many years and both tires were flat, it has performed incredibly well. When you consider the price, it's a steal.
