at Nashbar bike Model Year: 2007 Favorite Ride: Around town, country Bike Setup: Stock Summary: First let me tell you what it is not! It is not a racer and it is not a mountain bike. It is however, a comfort bike and it does the job very very well.
It smoothes the road out, shifting is seamless, no numb hands after/during riding. If you are looking for a bike to casually ride or a commuter to build upon this is the bike. Strengths: Very comfertable, Inexpensive and very user friendly. Quality construction.
I have rode it on railroad tracks, loose rock driveways and non-paved pathes. The bike handled them well - However I don't suggest a steady diet of this kind of terrain. Weaknesses: I know that Schwinn is attempting to save money and keep costs down - but could we add a kick stand? Similar Products Used: Schwinn Breeze (years ago)
