Strengths:    Strong frame and very comfortable ride. Love the disk brakes. Why don't we see disk brakes on more bikes?

Weaknesses:    Had to buy kick stands, better tires, tubes and liners. Stock tires and tubes are horrible. Plan to replace these right away.

Bottom Line:
Great comfort bike. Wife and I have ridden many trails in VA and surrounding states, all surfaces, all conditions and these bikes performed flawlessly. Disk brakes are quiet and sure stopping in all conditions. Had a tree jump out in front of me riding the Heritage Trail up in York, PA, kept me off the bike for a month but the bike was almost undamaged. Shifting and handling are outstanding.

Strengths:    Very comfertable, Inexpensive and very user friendly. Quality construction.
I have rode it on railroad tracks, loose rock driveways and non-paved pathes. The bike handled them well - However I don't suggest a steady diet of this kind of terrain.

Weaknesses:    I know that Schwinn is attempting to save money and keep costs down - but could we add a kick stand?

Bottom Line:
First let me tell you what it is not! It is not a racer and it is not a mountain bike. It is however, a comfort bike and it does the job very very well.

It smoothes the road out, shifting is seamless, no numb hands after/during riding. If you are looking for a bike to casually ride or a commuter to build upon this is the bike.
