Strengths: Light, fast and well constructed.Weaknesses: Seat could be more comfortable. Also its white so it will get soiled soon.Bottom Line: I have owned several bikes in the past. Finally had to sell my Specialized FSR XC as mountain biking has become inconvenient. I decided to keep my road bike. But after I got this dual sport hybrid, I finally decided this is the bike! Very versatile as it can almost go as fast as road but also do trail. I am on the short side. I tried the Specialized Crosstail but I found that even their small size is big for me. But the Sportster 55 is perfect. It is light, nimble and well constructed. Even the gear shifting is a breeze.
