Strengths: Handles everything a commuter wants to tackle, including a little off-road exercise. Tackles pavements, grass, dirt, and water with no problem. Great stock components! Includes several options to accessorize your ride to your specific needs.
Weaknesses: Mild mud and loose sand traps along the road can be a little tricky, but if you hold steady and don't peedle through them you should be fine (or get different tires)
Also, the ground clearance from pedal to floor is a little low, tends to scrape on turns if you lean too much. Otherwise very versatile!
Bottom Line:
My Hybrid is actually:
05' Specialized Crossroads SC Elite, but the Comp is 06' version and basically the same. Great sleak bike with mods to handle the road and mediocre off-roading. Great stock components!
