Strengths:    the upright position, comfortable seat.

Weaknesses:    Extremely slow, if you ride with another person they will leave you behind on the trail.

Bottom Line:
I'm not a big fan, I first bought this bike for recreational usage, but also for light trail. However, I have noticed it is extremely slow. You don't get the speed for the amount of energy you exert. I have rode it only a handful of times because I am usually too tired by the end of a 13 mile paved trail ride to want to repeat it again. I like the big seat that came standard, but the pedal continously slips if I'm riding aggressively. Going up an incline will be the death of you on this bike. However, great bike if you don't need to be anywhere within a certain time frame or are riding with someone who has a slow bike too.
