None needed - it came in perfect form and ready to roll.

Summary:
I love this bike. It has EVERYTHING I need on it - and nothing I don't need. I did not have to add a security lock, back rack (including straps!), water holder, air pump, bell, fenders (with mud flaps!), or lights. On former bikes I've added ALL these things - it's perfect for a commuter.

Strengths:
It is a perfect size with great tires/wheels and a chain guard!

Weaknesses:
None.
