Strengths: Beautifully crafted, smooth, super stiff frame, ( The heart of Cannondale quality !) Decent drive-train choice.
Weaknesses: The mid-drive chain would be better located on the left side of the drive chain.Bottom Line: C-Dale Bent II THE Cadillac of Compact Long Wheel Base bents. ( too bad, so sad, they stopped production because of marketing strategies ) IMOP, clwb are the best bents for all around commuting, touring, and pleasure riding.

Strengths: Top quality frame and super paint job.
Nice water bottle braze ons up front where you want them. Great handle bar clearance.Comes with under seat touring rack, kickstand, and the most important mirror.Weaknesses: The seat will sometimes slide back after a while. It should have a better locking device. The two quick release levers on the seat rail are o.k. but it would be better if there was a (rad lock type hose clamp) to fit the fat frame.Bottom Line: The Cannondale bentII is tops for comfort.
Fully adjustable seat and back rest.
Trouble free fox vanilla rear suspension.
The mid-drive is super quiet when adjusted properly. I love the fat tire 16/20 wheels. Very sensitive and precise steering for around town in traffic and potholes etc...
On the open road, it cruises effortlessley and seems like it would coast forever, and has a decent gear range; even going up hills is not a challenge after you develop your climbing muscles. I have tried other bents and in my opinion, the Cannondale clwb is the best all around touring, commuting, and fun bike any one could ride.
Favorite Ride: daily commuting (20plus miles ),weekend touring,(40-60 mile loops ) and general pleasure riding.
