Favorite Ride:
The one I did today

Bike Setup:
Standard Dura Ace Package that comes with the bike. Switched to Salsa Poco Handlebars, and CR Quattro pedals.

Summary:
I hadn't heard of Blue Competition when I first saw this bike, but I was in the market for a new road bike, and looking for a carbon number, so I figured I'd give this a demo ride. WOW. It is an amazing bike to ride. The geometry is very aggressive; that's something I've been looking for, because most bikes nowadays have you sitting up so high you might as well be on a cruiser (this is particularly horrid mistake on "women's geometry" bikes). The frame is stiff, climbs like nobody's business, and spry without being overly twitchy. The carbon is delightful, in that it soaks up all the chatter and vibrations from the road, yet never makes you feel disconnected from the road.
And this bike is FAST. I mean it. I've been riding for over 25 years and I never top 60 mph until I met this bike. The combination of the stiffness of the frame and the awesome Ascent II wheels just make this baby want to scream down the mountain. It will basically go as fast as you let it. Good thing it's a point and shoot bike.

Strengths:
Stiff, light, responsive, aggressive geometry

Weaknesses:
Not good for people who want an upright position. MAde in Taiwan, so Cannondale owners might mock you.
