Strengths: Comfort. Responsiveness. Weight.Weaknesses: Tires. Seat.Bottom Line: I have the Synapse Carbon Feminine 2 with Ultegra (not DuraAce). This is an incredibly comfortable, responsive bike. I no longer feel abused by the road/saddle time like I did on my old Trek full aluminum bike. It's fast. The Michelin Lithion tires wore out in 800 miles, though. I replaced the seat right away to a Specialized BG Jett.
