Price Paid:  $1500.00 at Bob's Bicycle shop

Model Year:
2007

Favorite Ride:
Rt 21 Rockport WV

Bike Setup:
Rear derailuer is Shimano Ultegra and the brakes are Shimano 105. Both work great so far.

Summary:
Recently purchased a Diamondback Podium 4 race bike. It's carbon fiber frame absorbs bumps wonderfully. Rear derailuer is Shimano Ultegra and the brakes are Shimano 105. Both work great so far.

Strengths:
Handles and rides great. Beats the aluminum trek 1100 and the steel lemond cyclocross bikes hands down.

Weaknesses:
Geared high. Am changing double crank for triple crank.

Similar Products Used:

Price Paid:  $1100.00 at Ebay

Model Year:
2006

Favorite Ride:
Maclay county roads

Bike Setup:
All stock except for Bontrager x-lite c/f bars, x-lite 105mm stem & Speed play x2 pedals.

Summary:
This bike is a dream ride. Smooth as butter, super light, and handles awesome due to it being a "compact geometry" frame.

Strengths:
Light weight, super stiff, very smooth over rough terrain, and built up with all Ultegra and dura-ace components.

Weaknesses:
Stock bars had to go due to being narrow, and odd feeling. Wheels are a bit heavy for this level of roadie, but are more than adequate for me at the moment.

Similar Products Used:
Test road Fugi's Treks, etc.. and this bike blows every bike I road away.
