at Elite Bicycles Favorite Ride: Anywhere in Chester County PA Bike Setup: Dura Ace drive train, Ultegra brakes. Profile cowhorns and aerobars. Reynolds Ouzo Pro Aero carbon fork. Bontrager Select wheels (training) Zipp 404/Renn Disc (race). Selle Italia saddle. Summary: I love this bike. It's lighter than a Softride while still providing the very comfortable ride of a beam bike. It's still heavier than a traditional framed bike but find me a beam bike without a weight penalty and I'll buy one. If you've never dealt with Elite bicycles you may be surprised by the level of personal attention you will receive from Dave Greenfield. He takes an incredible amount of pride in his bikes and treats his customers like family. Does Litespeed send you a Christmas card every year? If you have a problem with the bike Dave will not be satisfied until you are satisfied. Strengths: Comfortable, rides smooth as silk. Looks great and rides better. Customer service unlike any you'll experience elsewhere. Semi-custom paint included, full custom paint for slightly more. Weaknesses: The Aria is a pound or two heavier than a non-beam bike but that's the price you pay for ultimate comfort. Similar Products Used: Softride Powerwing, Softride Century, Elite T-6.
