Bike Setup: All stock except replaced tires with Conti GP 4000s and replaced saddle with Koobi PRS.
Summary: This is my first road bike and I absolute love it! I was looking for a carbon road bike and I came across a 2006 closeout model marked down about $500. I have rode 700 miles so far and everything still feels rock solid. This bike may be slightly heavier than other carbon bikes but it is very stiff which I like (I weigh 225lb so I value stiffness). I am sold on Felt and I will buy another one if I ever need a new bike. I am not saying you should buy a felt but defiantly test ride one before you make your decision.
Strengths: Bang for the buck.
Stiff frame.
Quick acceleration.
Paint - I like red bikes!
Weaknesses: The stock saddle is a little narrow for me (I just bought a Koobi PRS to replace the stock saddle).
Wheelset is not equal to the rest of the components and a bit heavy (I am thinking about replacing with the ROL Volant wheelset).

Summary: My first road bike and i love it. It is a great group for the money. Yes the wheels are a little heavy but they are good for beating around town. Changing to a Carbon Fiber bar made a huge difference in the quality of the ride. The seat is very hard, but again most people change the seat anyway. I cannot leave things alone and have made manu upgrades to the bike, but as sold it is a good ride.
Strengths: Nice and stiff, great group for the money. Looks nice but that is subjective.
Weaknesses: Seat is hard and the stock brakes are marginal. Upgrade your brakepads right away if you are going to be making high speed stops, the factory pads started to tear up my Ritchey Protocol wheels. Changed to Dura Ace pads and now no problems.

Bike Setup: Stock, except 42cm Ritchey Pro bars and yellow Crank Bros Candy pedals.
Summary: I've been a mountain biker for 15 years, but I am new to road. I picked up the F4C based upon value and being a closeout for 06, there wasn't a better deal to be had.
My rating is based upon limited experience with road bikes and while I know there are many bikes out there far superior to the F4C, I give it a 5 based upon the value and performance at this pricepoint.
The bike weighs without pedals almost 19lbs and the frame without fork at 2.85 lbs(per Alan at Felt.)
As for the wheels, I can't say they are bad or good. They are a bit on the heavy side and make some bearing noise(like the bearings are too tight)I am 165# and they feel stiff and responsive. I hope to get something lighter and use these for training.
Strengths: VALUE. Especially at the sale price. The bike accelerates well, climbs well and is very responsive and stable in high-speed cornering. The carbon frame really deadens the road buzz and personally, limiting road vibration was a must.
The groupset is excellent and stock seat is not too shabby, but after 30 miles in the saddle really start to loose feeling...
Weaknesses: Weight. The frame is a little heavy. The bike is not as snappy as say, the Giant TCR C2.
Handlebars are 46cm, which for me is way too wide, and were promptly replaced.
Similar Products Used: Only other experience is with a Giant TCR C3 and older Trek 1000.

Summary: just got finished with a two day ride at callaway gardens georgia for multiple sclerosis. Ive had the bike for less thn a month, but have nothing but praise. It is the best road bike that i have ever owned, and ive been riding for 5 years. the frame is rigid but alo flexible enough not to punish my old stiff body.
Strengths: frame and componenents for the price
Weaknesses: wish it was a little lighter. Maybe i will get some lighter wheels.
Similar Products Used: trek or cannondale. but none were as good a deal. I love a good deal.....

Bike Setup: FSA K-Wing carbon handlebars,Mavic Kysrium Elite Wheels with ceramic bearings, Sram Force groupo 50/34 compact crank,Fizik Arionne saddle, Garmin Edge 305 computer.
Summary: Purchased this frameset back in Feb and am in love with it. built the bike myself so I could not tell you how the original bike ran. I average 150 miles a week and try to do a century ride every 3 weeks or so. Very stiff frame compared to the Trek 2200 I was riding. Feels a touch sluggish when riding lower speeds, but really fast feeling when doing 20+ MPH pace.
Strengths: Stiff fast ride at high speeds, great handling especially downhill.
Weaknesses: Little sluggish feeling at slower speeds...
