Strengths:    Mechanically strong. Lightweight (under 20 pounds fully assembled) Gears allow for easy hill climbing and fast sprints.

Weaknesses:    Slightly uncomfortable seat, but bearable.

Bottom Line:
Bought this as my first road bike and my first adult bike. I was without a bike for a while and I needed something. I tested other Felt bikes in my price range and this was by far the best. I'm going into racing soon and I have full confidence in the bike.

Strengths:    Great price and finish. This is a great bike to upgrade which I have started to do already.

Weaknesses:    Brakes, they suck replace ASAP!!! I have a set already on order. Other that I see no weakenesses.

Bottom Line:
Well I actually came in to purchase a new 2011 Giant XTC 1 29er. I have been eyeing this bike for a while and the price was great. This does not look like an entry level bike at all. If you look closely you will notice little things like the smoothed welds, anodized parts and most of all the color combination. The team bike was acutally cheaper but I did not like the chrome crankset and team paint.

Strengths:    Price and quality and preformance.

Weaknesses:    Uncomfortable seat.

Bottom Line:
Bought the F95 as a entry level road bike. I'm more than pleased with the preformance and ride of the bike. I live in the mountains of NC and find the bike up to the challenge of climbing hills. I did replace the seat and added clip in peddals. Over all very happy with the purchas.

Strengths:    Comfortable, Components, price.

Weaknesses:    You may want to upgrade the peds and saddle.

Bottom Line:
This is my first road bike. I was set on buying the Specialized Allez but then I saw this. I rod them both for a bit and the Felt out performed the Allez in every way. This is the best bike for the money. Great compontents. Comfortable ride. Really fast bike.

Felt F95 2009 - Upgrade or sell/buy

I own a pretty much stock Felt F95 2009. When. First bought this bike I absolutely loved it. Since then I have ridden it a lot and come to decide that I want to change some things. Specifically, I want to get rid of the shifters. These are the old Sora style with a thumb shifter. As this is also ... Read More »

f95 2010 to F5 2013

Hi all, I am thinking of upgrading my bike as the title says. I use the bike for rides from 16 to 100 miles on flat and hilly terrain. I was wondering what improvements I will find by doing this. Have others done this upgrade already, what are your thoughts on the F5?Read More »

F95 TT conversion

Well, I have been using the F95 on the trainer lately, as it has been my back up bike, since the Orbea. Well I am now picking up a new Trek madone for the race season (we are sponsored by Trek and get killer discounts). With that said, I still love my Felt and the thought has crossed my mind, ... HI all, I have been using the F95 for a few months now and have found it to be an excellent bike, but I do find it hard getting up steep long hills and I was thinking of changing the crankset to a 3 pc. So the question is can I change the standard 2 x 9 speed integrated Shifter/brake Lever, Sora ... Read More »
