Strengths: Very light, stiff yet smooth, handles great, good component set up, I love the lookWeaknesses: I'm not too interested in going tubeless because of the added weight, so I would prefer a lighter wheelset. The DuraAce wheels are great and the hubs are butter smooth, but I could shave half a pound to a pound off with a lighter set of wheels. The tubeless ready DuraAce wheels that came with the bike weigh in around 1500 grams.Bottom Line: The guys at Spin offered me a crazy deal on this 2008 model bike. I did some research and decided to go for it. Without cages and pedals this bike (size 54) weighed in at 15.1 pounds (I switched the saddle for a Specialized Toupe w/ carbon rails). With carbon cages and stainless steel Speedplay Zeros it tips the scale at 15.68. My previous bike was not full carbon and man is there ever a difference. Bumps that used to make me cringe don't seem so bad anymore. This bike rides very smooth. It also feels very solid and stiff while climbing and sprinting. My first climb I felt so much more solid and efficient. The bike handles well too. I hit my top speed ever of 59 mph coming down a popular climb in the area and it felt very smooth and controlled. I was very impressed. I was hesitant about the relaxed geometry because I do a lot of racing and I like a more aggressive position. When I got fit, I had them pull out all the spacers and now I'm at more aggressive angles then my teammates who have race geometry bikes (obviously they've left the spacers in on their bikes). Two weeks after buying this bike, I did a 200 mile race that I have done several times. I never felt better and I put down a PR on the course. Simply put, this bike is great. Bang for the buck you cannot beat Felt.

Strengths: Awesome component spec for a great price. The relaxed geometry and carbon frame yield a very stable, responsive, and comfortable ride. Looks BADA$$ even if it isn't a mountain bike.Weaknesses: The Felt saddle doesn't seem as comfortable as the WTB saddles I normally ride. I'll give it a few more decent rides to see if I get used to it before I swap my WTB Devo onto the bike.Bottom Line: 2008 Felt Z15. I'm a mountain biker who now lives in a place with very little offroad riding. I have a fixie and a cross bike but this one is my first road bike and first carbon bike. After over 100 miles of riding I already know I love this bike. This bike is crazy light. Even with bottle cages, pedals, and my Garmin Edge it weights less than 17lbs. I was going to buy an F2 but the more relaxed Z15 seemed like it would be a better fit for my riding style and so far I am right.
