Strengths: very responsive and fast. you want to climb hills just try not to.Weaknesses: Makes me want to stay on all dayBottom Line: This is one of the last great bikes for the price. Made from the high tonnage Mitsubitshi carbon it is the most responsive bike I have been on. the SRAM Force components make this a very strong contender for Bike of the year and it is a real pleasure to ride

Strengths: Best bang for the buck. High end components.Weaknesses: None yet.Bottom Line: After months of research, I just purchased the Focus Izalco Team Katusha replica. I looked at Cannondale, Giant, Scott, Cervelo and a few others.
I found Focus based upon being selected Enthusiast Bike of the Year from Bicyling magazine. I was able to find a local dealer who carried the Focus brand and raved about them.
I will say, you unquestionably get the most bang for your buck with this bike.
In this price range you are usually looking at Shimano 105 components, but on the Izalco your getting the SRAM Force components.
Focus didn't skip anywhere on this bike.
Wheels, seat, handlebars all high end. Ipriced the components seperatly and reassured my decision that I definitely was getting the most bang for my buck.
The bike is light, quick and stable.
