Strengths:    Comfortable, absorbs a lot of the road's imperfections. Handles well. OK Power transer. Original shomany R540 wheels were light and snappy. Very aero. Light enough frameset.

Weaknesses:    A little bit of flex sometimes, when climbing.

Bottom Line:
This is for the 2004 model. This is an awesome bike. I had it for almost four years now. It handles well, it is comfortable. Originally it came with 9 speed Ultegra. I did my first Ironman on it. It was reasonably comfortable. I rode the drivetrain to the ground, and ended up replacing it with SRAM Rival. It is even better now. The reinforcement between the seat tube and the chain stays and the seat tube and the seat stays make it a bit stiffer also. I love this bike. It is now my rain bike. Therefore I spend a lot of time on it in the NW winter still.
