Strengths: -Price
-components
-customer service.
-NOT made in a communist nation.Weaknesses: -Could have a more stylish paint job
Bottom Line: I did a lot of research and finally settled on the classic 4400. I must say I am really happy. It weighs a light 20 lbs. The shifting was great out of the box. No problems at all. I have upgraded to clipless. Very responsive and appears stylish yet sturdy.
Customer service responds to emails in a matter of hours if not minutes.

Strengths: Too early to say, but IBEX was a joy to do business with. Even though an internet purchase, they are a very good company.Weaknesses: Not sure yet.Bottom Line: I was very impressed by this bike. Too cold and snowy to ride, but the fit and finish is excellent. Has all the right components and it appears to be a great ride, especially for the price.
