Strengths: Relatively light weight; mostly titanium construction; short wheelbase; quick steering is a plus on pothole-strewn county roads in central Texas and in close pelotons. it's definitely more racing-oriented.
Weaknesses: Carbon fiber seatstays probably more fragile than pure titanium; integrated headset limits headset choices; Narrow wheelbase provides a bit less stability that longer wheelbase bikes. Stiffer frame requires careful wheel choice for better comfort.
This is a fast lightweight climber! I can get up hills easier and quicker than on the Tuscany. The seat tube is cut out so the rear wheel is almost directly under the seat.
I didn't quite appreciate how well this bike handles when it's pushed until I took it out onto hilly Loop 360 in Austin for a fast ride recently.
65 and 68 mile rides on the bike were excellent, much less fatigue.
This bike was worth the price paid.
