I wanted a new bike with ergo shifters. My old Cannondale 3.0 was too stiff for my aging back. I knew I wanted a Reynold 853 frame and Ultegra components. This bike was a good value. Super clean welds. Same frame as last years Fuji Marsellies. Ritchey dropouts. Very comfortable ride. Doesn't seem flexy at all. Tracks straight. Stout Ritchey wheels nicely tensioned. Cheap seat, tires, chain? Ultegra group works wonderfully. Same bike sold as Mercier Serpens 853. Reynolds Uzo Comp fork a little harsh over expansion joints though.
Black Ritchey bars, stem, wheels, post make the bike look a little dull.
