Strengths:    Very light and strong frame, nice geometry for me 6'2 on a 58cm, and the most important the frame "suspension technology" for the rear wheel surprisingly comfortable ride

Weaknesses:    none

Bottom Line:
I purchased this model after a fuji and lots of research on the web, actually this is the best for the price on a high gamma frame.. What I like the most is the soft ride, scot cr1 pro frame model were designed to ride even on tile surfaces, so in a flat surface it rolls smooth... I bought the frame and added all ultegra components a fysic saddle and fsa wheels.. it climbs fast and its very stable on downhill runs, would recommend it to anyone, will definitely buy another same brand

Strengths:    After riding my first 600 miles, I have come to the conlusion that this is a very well engineered bike, no unwanted sounds when you are really hammering. I am 160 pounds and there is no give in the frame whatsoever during climbs, it performs flawlessly during climbs. It is very stable on the downhills also. Very light and agile frame. The frame style is very comfortable, my previous bike had a horizontal top tube and I think the slight angle on this tube is the reason my neck does not hurt after long rides. The Ksyrium Elite rims are awesome! Love the color!

Weaknesses:    none

Bottom Line:
The minute a friend let me try his all carbon bike, I knew I had to have one. My old bike had carbon forks and seat post and aluminum frame and there was a big difference. When I began looking at bikes, I had not really heard much about Scott bikes until a friend in France told me how much he loved his Scott bike. When I started to compare bikes in the $3000 price range, the other brands always had some drawback about the bike. Many had heavier rims, others had lesser components, most weighed more. The Scott had it all! I also have been very pleased with the compact chainring, my previous bike had a triple, was not sure going to a compact would be a good move. I have ridden all my favorite rides and there are no conditions that the compact has not been able to handle. Plus, there's the benefit of much smoother operation of the derailleur. Would never go back to a triple. I did have the cassette changed from an and 11-28 to an 11-25 and I was happy I did that, there have been no climbs where I have needed the 28.
