Strengths:    Light, custom fit, exquisite attention to detail, and true heirloom quality.

Weaknesses:    WAY EXPENSIVE!

Bottom Line:
The Serotta Ottrott is a very adept bike. The key is the the custom build. This bike can be built as stiff or relaxed as your heart desires. As for mine, she's stiff, low, and fast. I had oversized chain stays put on and the stiffest torsion-core tubing, and upgrade F3 fork. The bike is truly amazing! It handles like a porsche, and responds brilliantly. The ST rear triangle with the bearing joints keep the rear tire prefectly on track. BOTTOM LINE=This bike is the Rolls Royce of bicycles. Forget IF, Seven, Merlin, and Lightspeed. Those guys have nothing on Serotta.

Strengths:    CUSTOM geometry and a great paint job. WOW. Serotta also tuned this bike for me to make it perfectly snappy .

ST rear w/ F3 fork (well worth the upgrade) Made in USA by the hometeam.

Weaknesses:    None. You may pay alittle more but one cannot discount this type of quality.

Bottom Line:
This bike is nothing short of inspired! It fits better than my Armanni suit, light as a feather so it climbs near vertical grades. The ST rear helps to carve corners with ease and it's as smooth as glass. Did I mention that angels sing when I roll by? The wind is always at my back and this is a bike for life. All I can do is grin, hammer and enjoy. I have been lucky enough to ride and own many "nice bikes" but this is "exceptional". Go no further.

Strengths:    AWESOME finish! To anyone that has gotten a top of the line bike and been less then impressed with your finish, here's your bike. Of course, when you drop this kind of cash, you can expect near perfect.

Weaknesses:    None really. I buy alot of bikes and trade around. Cost here may be biggest weakness, but this may be the first keeper, I've ever had (Ed, don't laught too hard!).

Bottom Line:
WOW! I never thoughts I'd be in the upper atmosphere for the cycling world, but the view is awesome from up here! Come join me, you won't be sorry. This is the most awesome bike. It took me awhile to get over the whole weight weenie thing and get to the point where quality of bike and quality of ride were more important, but now that I am here, cycling is fun again! To anyone that is still spending time and money to drop more weight, get a life and you'll get more fun again. My Serotta isn't heavy (17 lbs) but to many, this is a heavy bike. Bear in mind, I just left a Cannondale six13 with Campy record (pretty light by any standard) and this Serotta offers the best of the Cannondale, plus better ride quality.

REMEMBER, The best is the best for all the right reasons! And the Serotta Ottrot ST is the best!
