Price Paid:  $2700.00 at Bike Zone - Covingto

Favorite Ride:
anywhere the road takes me

Bike Setup:
I put Shimano MTB clip-less pedals as I aleady had the shoes from SIDI. Bontrager race lite carbon bottle holders, Trek under saddle bag for long trips. And a Cat-Eye Strada comp. May get Garmin 705 series comp...

Summary:
I bought this bike (2008 Madone 5.1) as my first foray into the road biking world (I'm a MTB'er). I love this bike. It is not an entry level but has suited me well. I've put over 300 miles on it in less than a month and I'm hooked. It rides fast and smooth, reliable, and efficeint. A very impressive machine........

Strengths:
Light weight, excellent componet group, comfortable geometry

Weaknesses:
None found but I already feel the desire for the top of the line, racing Madone 6.9!!!!!
