Strengths: Everything about this tandem is a strength.Weaknesses: Huh whats thatBottom Line: My Robusta is a 2008 With Durace brakes, shifters and 10 spd. hub, FSA carbon fork cranks, carbon timing rings and belt, Rolf Wheels.(total weight 27.5 #s) My wife and I ride 3-4 days a week about 150 200 miles. We love the Robusta for its ability to climb sprint. Short hills 1/4 - 1/2 miles are taken with ease. When a dog comes out from hiding you are off in a second. With the belt drive you get the effect of truly riding as one because there is no chain slack to take up with each pedal stroke. We do ride 90 Deg. out of phase this adds to the feeling of having your own spin plus you have 4 power strokes instead of 2 that tend to cause you to sway during max output. Plus you climb easier. All in all I do not believe that you could by a better tandem anywhere, you might find an equal but good luck trying.
