at Mikes Bikes in Sac C Model Year: 2007 Favorite Ride: Bianchi Cuss Bike Setup: Stock (for now) Summary: This is a fun bike with upright seated position with a comfortable beach cruizeresque style ride, except much faster. Low rake angle on the head tube makes it very "responsive". It is fast and I am planning on making some switches to the bars to get my riding position closer to that of a road bike, and less like a cruiser. Strengths: The price was spot on for a single speed/fixie (it comes ready to set up as both) that is just oozing with style. Specialized did not miss any details from the matching green hubs and rims, the pho wood fenders, to the green coffee mug holder on the handle bars. Its fast and fun. Weaknesses: The geometry is really set up for this thing to be town bike in the flatlands. It makes it harder to stand up and sprint for the stop lights, or get tucked when riding into a head wind. Similar Products Used: 53' Schwinn 3 speed, Bianchi Veloce road bike converted to a single speed, and a KHS beach cruiser.
