Strengths: Rides nice when it doesn't have issues which is mainly never.Weaknesses: Too many to mention - extremely lose headset, lose cranks, will not adjust properly, derailluer issues, back tire had an issue that was due to the bike not being built right so the bike did not line up correctly, chain rubbing. Awful customer service from dealer AND Felt.Bottom Line: Bought a 2009 as soon as it came out, many issues and dealer could not and still hasn't gotten the issues correct. Shifting issues were the start of problems, chain falling off, headset & cranks were lose, never would adjust properly and when I got fed up Felt said they would help make this bike right. Felt claims derailluer is defective, should be replaced but dealer claimed it was never received. A year later and Felt nor the dealer have made this bike right. Felt seems to 'make it seem' as if they want to help but I see no results from them so I feel for what this bike cost Felt should step up and make the bike right. I have asked for a full refund and get told 'we can fix your bike'.
Similar Products Used: Kestrel - used for 9 years and never had 1 problem with this bike.

Strengths: Bike handled well when it worked.Weaknesses: Many repair issues-stem,headset,brakes, cables, derailluer (did I miss anything?)
AWFUL customer service from Felt.Bottom Line: I got one of the first 2009's out of the box.Beautiful looking bike but it required many many trips to the shop for repair. The design of the bike is complicated, so "simple" repairs were not simple. When the shifting cable crumbled apart( bike was 3 months old), I had enough and went back to Felt asking them to inspect it an assure that the bike was mechanically and structurally sound-to make a long story short-they treated me very poorly-were condescending and very unprofessional. I got my money back but will not buy from Felt again. Their product was bad and their service was worse.
Similar Products Used: Kestrel Talon Road Bike for 4 years with NO problems.
