Strengths:    Very comfortable when dialed in. Road feel is excellent even at 160 psi on 20mm tires. dead-on shifting (I upgraded to Durace.

Weaknesses:    Seat adjustment forward and back. I am 6'2" tall at 175lbs with longer legs. I needed to play with the seat position to almost get it right.
Watch out for crosswinds, the bike is a sail.

Bottom Line:
I love the bike. I only wish it was Canadian made. I am also buying the Argon 18-114 so I have a Canadian built bike to race on in the U.S.A. Nimble, fast, great road feel

Strengths:    Goe me the biggest strength is that it is a Giant (I think Giant makes the best bikes for the money). After my first few rides and coming from a full carbon road bike, I am sold on the Alliance technology. the bike accelerated extremely well, better than my carbon Fuji ever did. The fitment is good fro me I am 6'2" and the large fits perfectly. I am sure like all riders I will spend the next month or 2 adjusting everything and getting the proper seating position stretch etc.

Weaknesses:    Stock wheels and seat. The wheels are weak and seat is just murder for a TRI seat. Will be switching the seat out to something with more padding at the nose shortly.

Bottom Line:
This is just a quick review of the Alliance A1. I am new to owning a Tri-bike so this is jsut my initial impressions.
