Strengths: Coach Troy's workout WILL make you stronger and faster -- if you follow them.Weaknesses: Boring and weak production. Maybe it's just me, but coach Troy rubs me the wrong way sometimes. Like when he adds a few reps to the interval because someone did something wrong. He just kinda seems like a d1ck.Bottom Line: Coach Troy, and all the spinnervals workouts, offer a great workout if you can get past the utter boredom of their weak production values. It's just a few average fit girls spinning on stationary bikes. What works is coach Troy's workouts. I DID get stronger using his DVD's. Especially when everyone else figured that since it was cold and wet outside they might as well wait for the season to begin.
