Strengths: well structured and easy to follow when you have done a couple of sessions. Towel, water and fan a must you sweat alot.
Weaknesses: if done on a trainer oher than a kurt kinetic I suspect that the gearing recommended on dvd will be wrong.
Bottom Line:
initially hard to select gearing to match required effort on my fluid2 but fantastic workout and when combined with No slackers allowed dvd(once a week), improvement in your riding is noticable.
