Strengths: Fun way to get in shape when you cant go outside to ride.Helps you stay focused and motivatedWeaknesses: Can you really say FUN while riding an indoor trainer?Bottom Line: This video has really helped me get my fittness,not to mention my average speed up,and has led to great times on my bikes.I have more fun and do less suffering.I cant wait to try the new 14.0 Totally Time Trial video so I can take it to the next level.
