Strengths: Coach Troy is a great motivatorWeaknesses: Spliced pieces of other Spinverals workouts. Unstructured workout wih varying workout partnersBottom Line: The workouts on this video are spliced from other Spinervals videos, thus the riders on the tape are not doing the same workout as you. The benefit of any workout tape is shared experience of those doing the same workout. The workout is very unstructured as compared to similar videos by CTS.
