Strengths: Price is very reasonable.Weaknesses: Very few features.Bottom Line: I didn't know how much I would like using the heart rate monitor, so I went basic. In retrospect, it would have been better to have dropped the dough up front and get one with more features. It seems to work fine, and does the basic job, but the more you use one the more you wish you had some interval options.
