Price Paid:
$0.00 Bike Setup: Concorde SL & Rocky Mtn Team Equipe Summary: This is by far and away a great product. However, its has many features that most people don't need and therefore might find it a more complicated HRM to use. If you just want your HR, go simple b/c this takes some time to get used to. If you are serious, then you really appreciate this HRM. Battery life is short (1.5yrs w/ constant use) - polar recs to keep the transmitter DRY (outside of your gym bag) b/c it keeps transmitting when moist and hence burns juice. Polar Canada is a dream to get the batteries replaced (sent on Tues and got back on Fri). Strengths: Features Weaknesses: Takes some getting used to the prompts and navigating through the modes Similar Products Used: NIKE Triax Inspire

Price Paid:
$0.00 Bike Setup: Road racing. Summary: The HRM got water damage and failed. It was only subjected to rain water. Polar service people did not have an options for replacement that did not involve another substantial expenditure of cash. Strengths: When it was operating it functioned well. Not any better than much less expensive HRM's. The added download feature and software worked well. Weaknesses: Battery life short. Battery replacement became a big expense and down time sending it off to the company for replacement. Similar Products Used: Performance Axiom and Supergo HRM/bike computer.
