Strengths:    I have a pacemaker/defib this has been approved by the manufacture at St. Jude Medical so it does not interfere with the inplantable cardioverter defibrillators function. I am no longer afraid of my defib going off because I exercised too much!

Weaknesses:    It is plain- but so it does not interfere I need3ed it plain

Bottom Line:   
Great for people with pace makers and defibs
