Strengths: Perfect fit,comfortable fit chest strap,back light, total KCal, ave. HR, measure HR before changing to exercise mode is a plus to make sure you have a good signal.Weaknesses: no max. HR, can't tell time with exercise mode.Bottom Line: Nice style, smaller face fits wrist, accurate,comfortable, easy to set up,functions very well. So far no problems.

Similar Products Used: Cateye HRC100...which I had bad luck on two of them and I up graded to the Polar M32. Had great features but did not last 6 mo. and the other was 3 weeks! Also, not very accurate, would get frequent mix signals
