Strengths:    Fits my wrist, barely. Larger than 52" chest they have a larger strap available.

Weaknesses:    Tight strap for large 52" chests

Bottom Line:   
Works good, simple to figure out. Starts by touching to sensor. Upper and lower targets with beep or not.

Similar Products Used:   I bought another non polar watch from Big 5 but it was not intuitive and I just could not figure out the instructions so I took it back.
