Strengths: It works very well only any event longer than 1 hour.Weaknesses: A bit pricey
Not for camelbak's
(The good stuff settles out)Bottom Line: Don't know about the mango, but the orange flavour goes down easy enough. Trust me, the taste grows on you.
This product actually does improve performance. The effect starts to become noticible after you finish the 1st bottle.
Favorite Ride: the open road
